The words Padma and Vibhushan are inscribed on the medal in Devanagari script above and below the lotus flower.


On the opposite side of the medal is inscribed the Raj symbol and the Raj motto.

  • Padmashri: Fourth Honorary Degree.

The creation and fabrication of this award are circular and geometric.  The words Padmashri are inscribed above and below the lotus flower in the centre of the medal.
