Types of personal hygiene
1.
Nails of hands and feet: For this, children should be made accustomed to cut their nails and wash them with clean water from an early age. For this, parents need the help of their children. Children should be introduced to the faeces or germs inside the nails so that the germs in the nails do not get into the stomach while eating.
2. Washing hands and feet with soap: Whenever you come out, you should wash your hands and feet with soap every time. Rub well for 25 seconds.
3. Brush and wash your teeth: It is mandatory to brush your teeth twice a day. This is because when you wake up in the morning, the grains of dinner is stuck in your teeth. Therefore, the brush should be rotated throughout the month. Also, brush before going to bed in the evening. Brush for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Body bath: While bathing, wash the whole body with soap. Wash every part of the body with soap. If possible, use glycerin soap on the face as well as a shampoo for hair and disinfect the whole body.
5. During defecation: Abdomen is said to be the home of disease. Therefore, it is a habit to get up every morning and go for defecation. Defecate regularly on a daily basis so that the abdomen is free of faeces and clean. And all the gas in the stomach will go out of the body. Regular defecation does not affect the body and keeps the body healthy.
6. Use of alcohol or sanitizer: Always use alcohol and sanitizer when water is not available. So that the germs on the hands do not come in contact with the mouth and nose and enter the body. It needs to be 70% alcohol when using sanitizer.
